3 Tips to help improve their pain or weakness:
- Check and fix sitting positions. They have the proper support, no W-sitting or sitting on their feet.
- Make sure Backpacks are not too heavy and they are not hunched over electronics too long. Have them take a break every 20 Minutes
- Help them get used to the uncomfortable sensation of stretching and strengthing. Work on it a few seconds at a time
